My experience with 360 Bar & Dining was bad before I even stepped foot in the restaurant. I called the restaurant 3 different times over the period of a month with a general enquiry, each time the person on the phone told me they didn't know the answer and the supervisor wasn't in at the time they'd get him/her to call me back. I never once got a response to my simple query.

The time I actually went there we had a booking for 7:30pm. We eventually sat down at our table at 8:30pm. After waiting an hour and a half for our desserts to come out after our mains we decided we no longer wanted them and let the staff know. When we got the bill to pay they had charged us for the desserts, we questions why this was the case and they said it was because it was a set menu price (main & dessert for $75) after we disputed this they said they would take our drinks off the total bill which was only $17. So overall we paid $150 for two main meals and a couple of soft drinks. It's such a shame because it has such a prime location and would be a great place to take overseas guests, but we will never return   (emd - February, 2012)

Are people rating the restaurant here, or the buffet, which is completely different.

My girlfriend and I found 360 Bar and Dining to be first class. My Waygu steak was to die for as was my girlfriends Barramundi.

We also had no problem with the level of service by all staff despite the fact they were very busy.

The food was awful, the value the worst in Australia and the service was non existent. A bag of microwave popcorn and a can of coke would have made a more palatable evening than this DUMP. The view was this place's only saving grace.

poor service, poor food and not somewhere i'll ever return to. our mains were cold, we asked for them to be recooked. they came out ten mins later and had been reheated. unbelievable. the manager could not have cared less. he didn't once come over to find out if our meals (third time around) were satisfactory. attitude from the bar staff, inexperienced waiters who didn't clear the table properly and brought out the wrong wine - the list goes on.

there are plenty of good restos in sydney - pick somewhere other than here and save yourself a very expensive and frustrating meal!   (Meredith13 - April, 2011)
