Afghan Village Restaurant

The Afghan Village is one of our favourites and we diine there at least twice a month. Mon has become a good friend and his service is excellent. Very good menu variety and always plentiful and delicious. We recommend this restaurant for value and top service. December 2008   (Woodland - December, 2008)

I went with a group of about 8, and we had a great time. We ordered the banquet, and let "Mon" the owner pick all the dishes. Good value for money, wine was also well priced. Book beforehand, as the restaurant is quite small and was full the Friday we were there.   (anna - September, 2008)

I am friends with the owner and each time I have dined there I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I recommend trying the banquet as it is value for money, and you get to try out some of the wonderful Afghan dishes. I even enjoyed the Afghan tea which is saying something because I generally only drink coffee. Definitely worth a visit.   (July, 2008)
