We have dined here twice now both times with family from interstate who were staying at the hotel. The first time was great. The second, we all had a set 4 course meal and we all waited 45 minutes for our entree! Then another 35-40mins for the main then they almost forgot to ask if about dessert cause it was so late by this time. The staff has no idea what was going on! They gave us a second lot of bread and dips before the entree got to us. We thought it was because of the delay but later heard the staff talk between them and they just didn't know what was going on. Such a shame as the meals were really good. Although there was no organization with the staff, one was good enough to go get my husband a red bull from another bar as they didn't stock this. I don't think I would go again, eating your main at 9:30pm doesn't really appeal to me.
