Hospitality is in our blood, and we will make your dining experience as pleasant as you please.

Think authentic Indian food, including an extensive range of vegetarian and meat dishes. The servings are generous, with food consistently fresh and tasty as well as competitively priced. Mouth-watering recommendations include the house special Chicken Tikka Masala, boneless pieces of chicken marinated with tandoori masala or the Lamb Rogan Josh cooked in yoghurt, tomato and spices.

    I was most disappointed to find that the delivery driver had not turned up for work therefore they could not deliver my meal even though I had ordered $68 worth of food.     Food is full of flavour. Took a long time to get to me and when it came they left out 2 dishes, so i had a choice of waiting for the driver to come back or to go and pick it up. I chose to pick it up as it was quicker, they were apologetic when I got there.   (Audrey - June, 2011)

    we had to cut up meat (wasting sauce) to manageable sizes as three big chunks was all they gave for $15 and it needed miceowaving to heat it. order was late with notice, but a meal was left off and not brought back out, they say they'll credit us two meals for it but no idea if they'll honour it, reviews make me doubtful. we told them up front we were a first time customer looking forward to the meal and they got it wrong. not encouraging. price for portion size is discouraging compared to other fine Indian food in the area. we may have to go in to pick up the replacement meals as we don't want to spend there again. refreshing dip was warm due to being packed with the hot food too, so Raita was gross and hot. I didn't want to say anything but was so bad and I'm just being honest, this system doesn't work with out it.   (nate - May, 2011)

    Ordered through Menu Log, meals took over an hour and a half to arrive, driver was blaming me for not being able to find my address, food was stone cold, rang up to complain, was told it was my fault because of the way I ordered, and that it was cold because it's a cold night.

    Have dined at the Anand Indian Restaurant on several occasions. Service is friendly, speed of delivery is excellent.

      The food was excellent, but the service was very poor. The guy over the phone did not have phone manners or customer service. He was very rude and impatient. Ordering for the first time, I did not feel like a valid customer. I could almost say that he is sexist. He sounded like he was talking down to me. His tone of voice changed when he spoke to my partner. He said that I am wrong for going into menulog.com.au as the website charges them 10%. He also said next time go on to the company website. Very reluctant to give us discount which was clearly stated on menulog.com.au. The information he provided us was very inconsistent. And we had to ring back to remind him that we are not paying by cash, as he did not ask as to how we were going to pay. The food was ordered at 4:50pm, it got to us at 5:52pm.

      Company's advertising is false and misleading.

      WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANAND INDIAN RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.   (VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - March, 2011)
