    Angelo Borlotti - From the age of 15, Angelo knew he wanted to be a chef. After years of working in some of the world's finest restaurants, it's no wonder Sous Chef Angelo Borlotti has gotten up to a lot in his career. Having completed his apprenticeship in Italy, Angelo was soon bitten by the travel bug and travelled through England and Australia where he perfected his culinary skills. Now calling Andiamo home, Angelo is widely renowned as one of the Gold Coast's leading chefs and his passion for food and his restaurant is something he prides himself on.
