  • Part of a private hotel, this popular restaurant attracts both hotel guests and locals alike. With many local wines on offer it is all too easy to relax with a glass, feast your eyes on the grand views of the Barossa and imagine yourself in a European vineyard. The dining experience is as relaxing as the views and offers an excellent range of local produce.

      Having been to Appellation a few times now, their claim to their menu changing daily is false. Over the last year and a half I have been 5 times with friends and for business. On each occassion the palette cleansers were the same and basically the menu was exactly the same as previously. The lightling is that dark that you feel sleepy half way through. Great as once off dining experience only. On the positive the staff are professional.   (Jones - December, 2007)

      The restuarant was beautiful, the staff where very friendly, and the food was outstanding. You couldn't fault anything. One of the best fine dining restuarants we have ever been too. We will be coming back again.   (November, 2007)

    A private dining room is availalbe for groups of up to 16 guests, groups of up to 11 will have a $100 charge for use of room, over 11 guests have the private dining room complimentary.

    Set menu only for groups over 7 guests, to be arranged prior to date of reservation

    Group booking policy Bookings of 7-16 guests must have a set menu arranged prior to date of reservation

    Group cancellation policy Deposit upon confirmation will be retained if reservation is cancelled within 3-days of reservation. if cancellation is before this time then a service fee will be charged out of the deposit
