      The 10 course degustation menu was exceptional. The artistically presented courses were proportioned with precision for the degustation. The plum wine was delightfully pleasing on the palate and not too sweet as one may caution. The service and ambience provided a collegiate dining experience - I have no hesitation in recommending Azuma for Japenese fusion cuisine.   (Jenjen - See my reviews (16) - May, 2007)

      Sashimi is the freshest I've ever had in the CBD. The presentation is exuisite, as the freshest dishes are served on a bed of ice. Great selection of Japanese beer. And the degustation menu is perfect, great value for money but you can still get up and walk afterwards.   (Oscar - September, 2006)
