Food was delicious, very flavourable and generous sized serves. Service was attentive and friendly. For a Saturday night it seemed quiet, but then at 8ish it started to fill up quickly. Would certainly go back again. (Vladimir - August, 2009)

The menu said "baby beets with Binorie goats curd, rocket and Packham pears." It sounded delicious. What I got was 2 slices of beetroot out of a tin, 3 slices of what was supposed to be a pear, about a teaspoon of Binorie goats curd and a huge pile of rocket. All this for $18.50! Apparently, they had run out of baby beets and thought tinned beetroot would be OK. I might add that our booking was at 6.30pm, not late.This was just the worst example of a very bad meal. The service was very friendly. The only saving grace for a restaurant that used to be faultless. I would not recommend Babbingtons again. (Deanne Johnson - July, 2009)

We Dined at Babbingston restuarant with our 2 Children. It was a fantastic experience for the whole family, the food was delicious and they catered wonderfully for our two kids. The staff are very friendly and the menu amazing. Will be heading back very soon. (merewether - November, 2008)

We dined at Babbingtons resturant on a Friday night, the mains were amazing and and the dessert delicious. The service was excellent and the bartender did a fantastic job of creating our cocktails. We will defiantly be going back when we are in Newcastle again. (Mel - November, 2008)

Dinner party for birthday, beautiful food and presentaion.

We found that the menu had a fantastic range for all tastes. The Chef was able to please our guest with special dietary requirements, with no problem. (thank you)
