    very bad experience tonight, first the delivery driver had forgotten the salad i ordered and returned to car to retrieve it, upon arriving at the car found it not there, whilst he was going to the car i checked my pizza only to find it was NOT what i ordered and also the pumpkin and mushroom risotto was in a red sauce when it states on the menu that is is served in a creamy sauce, veal parmigana was only just warm and the fries completely cold and limp. Driver called to say he was on the way back to the restaurant to get the salad, i informed him of the wrong pizza and he said he would bring the original order at no extra cost which i appreciate however overall it has taken over 2 hours to get our meals   (Mery - April, 2013)

    Dont use this place'.this is the 2nd time we have ordered from this Pizza place...we should have learnt after the first! We live 15mins walk from this pizza place.The first time the food arrived soggy and obviously had taken a while to get to us..They also took 30 mins more than the time they quoted....This time we waited 1hour 45"mins for our PIZZA with 2 phone calls, a condescending response on the phone and a delivery man who laughed.

    Then they gave us the wrong drink !!!

    This website was blamed. Apparently the pizza place does not open till 6pm even though this website says 5pm.

    Not good to eat "pissed off" and the food always tastes bad when that is the fact

    I ordered a Pompeii pizza with extra blue cheese and fetta. The Pompeii is suppose to have chorizo, prosciutto, artichokes, capsicum, chilli, rocket, blue vein cheese. When my pizza arrived, I could not see or taste any prosciutto, blue vein cheese or fetta. I had to pay an extra $2 for blue vein cheese and $1 for fetta. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to tasting this pizza that sounded very delicious. Not worth the price.   (Nick - January, 2013)

    Order took two hours to deliver, had several calls from the driver who questioned me if I actually knew what suburb I lived in! When he finally turned up, handed me the wrong order, when I said I didn't order past, he again asked if I was sure!!!     Pizza took an hour an a half to arrive, delivery guy got lost then asked me if I was sure about the suburb I lived in! Delivery guy tried to give me pasta which we didn't order, pizza and garlic bread were cold and soggy.   (See my reviews (8) - October, 2012)

    I have been a regular in the past, but sorry to say my recent experience was not good. Took 1 hour 15 to deliver, forgot garlic bread, overcharged for garlic bread compared to prices on their website and pasta was not cooked through. Sorry Torino, but probably won't order again.     I ordered via the internet and was sent an sms advising 45min wait for pick up when I arrived 7mins earlier the pizza was ready 10minutes prior (I asked the person who served me how long had it been ready) by the time I walked back (5mins) the pizza was cold very disappointing.     The pizza is pretty good. But the risotto is too salty. I could only eat a few mouthfuls. The owner asked me if the meal was good so I honestly replied that it was too salty and was politely reprimanded that "other people like it like that". He was very argumentative when I tried to be nice and helpful about the problem. If he had actually tasted it himself I am sure he would have choked on it like he'd swallowed seawater, like we did.
