    Lovely spot on Mitchell St, both the cafe and Ducks have great service and the food is tasty.. definately recommend it :)

    My husband and I had breakfast here with our daughter in a pram. The waitstaff were very helpful and polite. Food was nice and ambience was great as always in the tropics in the morning. Very good.

      Having dined here on a regular basis, the service and food was better than the norm. Unfortunately the menu has not been changed for over 12 months and this is a major stumbling block for this establishment to gain the good rapport with diners it used to experience.   (Scotty - See my reviews (3) - May, 2007)

      Stone cold "big aussie breakfast" on Sunday morning 18 March 2007......not easy to explain with so few people in the place. Almost half an hour wait for the coffee! Overpriced, underserviced, stale gooey food with inadequately cooked sausages......never again!!! Nearby table had similar issues. Felt sorry for the wait staff who were clearly understaffed, but they were pleasant and apologetic.   (Long time Darwinite - March, 2007)
