    I had the worst experiance with Big Boy Thai-Redfern. Placed an order, through Menulog. Time of delivary was 8.18pm. 9pm food has still not arrived. I called the resturant to see where my order was, and was given so many reasons, another 30 mins, its on its way, the order has not been cooked. As too, i was sworn at by the staff at Big Boy Thai. I will never order from this place again.

    I have never written e restaurant review before, but I decided to start now because last night I tasted the worst 'Thai' food of my life. I ordered a ginger stir fry (Pad Khing) with chicken, and Po Taek soup. While the soup was ok, the stir fry was appalling. For a start, nothing appeared to be stir fried. The dish consisted of a large mound of tasteless boiled chicken and some boiled ginger strips (the cooking made the ginger tasteless) and a few bits of vegetable (2 tiny bits of yellowing soggy broccoli, two slices of equally soggy carrot, two limp snow peas and a couple of miniature tinned mushrooms). I repeat, none of the above was stir fried. Frying, sautéing etc enhances the flavour of food, does not remove it and does not make vegetables waterlogged. There was a little ginger sauce with the dish, but that did not have the depth of flavour of a normal ginger stir fry. I suspect that I was given the 'healthy option' on the menu in error. Well, I am trying to gain weight, thanks, so a little oil would improve my health as well as the flavour of the food. Big Boy Thai used to be one of my preferred local restaurants, but I won't order from them again.

    We absolutely loved the food here. Delivered in 15 minutes flat! Less than the 45 minutes quoted (obviously). But the most important thing was how delicious the food was. Really, really yummy and great value. Totally recommend it.

    Ordered the green chicken curry and Massamun Beef. The curry still have chicken feathers on it while the beef was dripping in oil. Both meals down tasted very average as well. Won't be back. Sorry guys.

    Horrible experience. Had to call them 3 times, before the food arrived 2 hours after placing the order. When it did arrive, it was cold, and tasteless. Bigboi, I'm disappointed :(

    Poor service. My order took 1.5hrs to arrive, and food was dry by that stage. When questioned, driver advised not to order from them again rather than apologise for the delay. I am taking that advice.
