      Nine of us dined here( purchasing meals and drinks) purely to watch the rugby world cup final and was VERY DISAPPOINTED that the staff turned the match off with TEN MINUTES left to go....being a kiwi I thought this was absolutely disgusting treatment of customers!! We WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN!!   (Julz - October, 2011)

      Never had a bad meal from here, with a high level of consistency between visits. Service is generally above average, with the waitstaff friendly and often doing that little bit extra for their patrons, and the prices are reasonable.       We often stay at the Black Buffalo Hotel in their accommodation which is always clean and very roomy. We have dined in their bistro and the food was delicious, well presented and the waiting time was reasonable. The staff were friendly and well presented. We highly recommend the Black Buffalo and their accommodation rates are very reasonable.   (Traj Family - August, 2010)

      Just a pub meal. Turkey Parmigiana was extremely disappointing. Place does not stand out in any way and, in terms of ambience, was below average. There are plenty of better pub counter meals to be had elsewhere.   (Tasmania2009 - See my reviews (98) - February, 2009)
