    Chefs

    Andrew McCabe - Head Chef, Andrew McCabe, is a Brisbanite through and through. A 4-year Cooking Apprenticeship at Royal on the Park where he trained under Gregory Devine, led to Andrew fulfilling his lifelong dream of a 2-year working holiday in Ireland. His return home to Australia heralded his launch into upper management kitchen roles around Brisbane, most recently at the Riverside Hotel, Hotel Chino, and Spoon in James Street. We welcomed Andrew into the fold early in 2011. His passion for using fresh ingredients and local suppliers becomes obvious when you sample some of his excellent food.
