      Brickfields restaurant has a lovely old-world atmosphere. The wait staff were friendly and unobstrusive. I was delighted and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the range and sophistication of the menu. It did NOT disappoint. I would definitely dine here again and invite friends.   (April, 2008)

      Brickfields restaurant is one of the more underated dining venue's in Hobart. It provides sensational food and top quality service, with an ambience and view that no money can buy. Recomend to any potential traveller or local diner. As brickfields is open direct to the public. I recomend to book at Brickfields, this restaurant will be one to watch in the future.   (April, 2008)
