C & B Gourmet Shoppe

  Food is awesome, great people, i think it is the shoppe where most of the people go in oatley, there is no other any restaurant or shop in oatley that had their business prosperous than that....i think it is a wonderful gourmet shop that is worth ..:) thanks   (Cool gourmet shoppe - See my reviews (2) - January, 2011)

  I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food I purchased today (07.06.2010) from C & B Gourmet Shoppe.

  I paid $16 for 6 meat balls, which were meant to be sweet and sour. To me it tasted as though someone had poured a can of tomato soup on top and added a packet of sugar. The meal was also stone cold when I bought it so I had to heat it up, which turned the meatballs into a pile of mush.

  I had deliberately left work to buy my lunch from the shop, as I had purchased plenty of meals from them in the past.

  When I found myself unable to eat the first piece, I rang the store and spoke to someone, hopefully to get some kind of customer service, but I was given nothing. Instead they repeated what I had purchased to me, as if i didn't understand. I ended up thanking them! and hanging up.

  I did not even receive a sorry due to the food being uneatable and extremely over priced.

  I initially was ringing to let you know about the disappointing meal, but since sitting here with a bad taste in my mouth, literally, I will not be a returning customer.   (Unhappy - See my reviews (2) - May, 2010)
