Speed ratings are based on user reviews given by customers who have ordered from Menulog before. Ratings are calculated on a scale of 1-10.

How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  3. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,
  4. Must be used before its expiry date,
  5. Vouchers can only be used in full (ie. no change is given).
  6. Voucher code to be entered at end of checkout process.
  7. Final amount owing after voucher applied will be shown at the top of the credit card entry page.

    Amazing beef burger, really polite and friendly delivery boy, fresh hot food. All in all, very pleased with Cafe Bondi. Would definitely order again.

    I've ordered from these guys about 5 times now and food has been of a consistent standard, which is good. Last order I got a steak, which arrived beautifully cooked and hot. Although they did forget the mash, but quickly delivered it when I called - no questions or complaints which was great customer service. However, the delivery fee of $4.50 is unreasonable. And prices are a bit high ... I can't really get a meal for two for less than $50. But overall, it's a great place and quality food. Will continue to order from these guys.

    order not sent the way it was ordered stakes were asked for as medium and welldone and both came rare and ordered a bottle of diet coke expeting a large 1.25litre for the price charged and recieved a 600 mill not happy

    Very happy with another of menulogs restaurants...quick, tasty no hassles. I ordered barramundi and was sceptical as to whether it would arrive hot...I needn't have given it a thought...piping hot and delicious!

    Italian dishes - pastas & the chicken schnitzel w parmesan - have been fantastic. Delivery always beats the estimate, & they take care to separate salad/cold dishes & hot dishes into separate bags so cold stays crisp & doesn't get steamed. Garlic bread is all butter & garlic, not dry. Delivery fee is a bit high, but that hasn't stopped me from repeat orders.

    dont buy from them the were 2hr to get food and then thay showed up didnt have my drink and hade the wrong food i called them to talk to some one thay sead thay would get the manager and that he would give me a call back 2 days later very poor service 1 star service

    I ordered a burger,chips and a Tiramisu for dessert. The burger pattie was still red in the centre, the burger and chips were lukewarm when they arrived nearly an hour later and I got phoned by CuisineCourier about half an hour after ordering to get told there was no Tiramisu, yet the delivery guy still tried to charge me for it even though I cancelled the dessert. All in all, the food was just ok, the service wasn't good and $8-95 for delivery made the whole meal very expensive.

    I've ordered from Cafe Bondi before and it was always pretty good.... but tonight I had a truly terrible experience. I ordered the pork ribs which was meant to come with baked potato & sour cream, onion rings and salad, and a bottle of coke. At $37 it was not cheap. The food took 2.5 hours to arrive (I ordered at 6.10pm and it arrived at 8.40)! And when it did finally arrive, there was no sour cream, no salad, and the ribs were tasteless with very little marinade on them. The bottle of coke which cost almost $5 was a small 250ml glass bottle. Will not be ordering from them again...

    We know Cafe Bondi and usually it is very good. I wish they would have had the pork ribs available that we originally ordered as I'm sure we would have enjoyed this. The beef ones we ordered instead were tasty, but full of fat. The chicken /veg soup was excellent. I just wish it wouldn't take so long to deliver!!!

    I kid you not we order from Cafe Bondi four times a week - they're the only place I know that will deliver a decent steak! Good range of food, and it's always fresh.
