    The new Cafe restaurant introduces a fresh, interactive style of dining to Perth. The food is innovative, the décor contemporary, the plush chairs and sofas spacious and comfortable. In essence, Cafe presents a warm and inviting atmosphere that entices you to sit and graze for hours, and with the endless array of food on offer it is not a difficult task.

    The modern restaurant design features three interactive cooking stations – a deli counter, show kitchen and dessert bar. Chefs are positioned at each of the cooking stations to deliver food straight from the pan to the plate - tossing fresh salads to taste, grilling lamb chops to perfection and baking waffles on the spot.

    Enjoyed our meal but service was slow to bring us water and butter when we first arrived (why not have the butter put out beside the bread?) . Found the turkey and gravy a bit too salty but rest of...

    I like the cafe before the renovation last year, however now it is fantasic and is what Perth needs. Staff are attentive and polite. Thank godness the oysters are back too, couldn't fault it.

      I always look forward to dining at the Cafe. Food are excellent, I bring my family to have buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've been to several buffet restaurants, but Cafe is always my favorite.   (Nordianah Taylor - December, 2008)

      Used to go there all the time but the new cafe is a total waste. Went there saturday night. Service totally non existent. For a restaurant of this type, we were appalled there was no water provided at the table immediately on arrival. You have to keep asking staff for new cutlery when they take the empty plates away. In fact, you have to keep catching the eye of wait staff to get a drink! Value for money no way at $65.00 plus drinks per head. Completly disappointed!   (graham - November, 2008)

      This is our second year of membership at the Club Hyatt.Dining at the Cafe has always been a culinary experience.The choice of hot dishes complimented by the variety of seafood; the smoke salmon is to die for; doesn't get any better. And what does one select from the sweet counter? just perfect.   (George Apel - October, 2008)

      Excellent food and service. Sunday lunch special especially is absolutely marvellous, but my family ad I have always enjoyed dining at this wonderful place anytime.   (January, 2008)
