Not only does it have a great playground for kids to play, fo the customers on the verandah(most likely watching the kids) they offered blankets just in case the heaters weren't enough for your legs. It was my Mum's birthday and they wrote a nice birthday message in chocolate on the plate of delicous rhubarb and apple crumble(gluten and dairy free).   (August, 2008)

I dined at Cafe Piemonte - not my first visit - with a few friends from overseas - the calamari melted in my mouth - it was wonderful my guests sampled 5 dishes on the menu including the beef and no one was disappointed. The indoor Outdoor seating offered at the cafe provides a relaxing atmosphere. Service was good and it was value for money. I will be back. Joan and Alan Bailey   (Joan Bailey - April, 2008)

This was not my first visit to the cafe , and it has changed somewhat, the menu while being a little expensive, certainly delivers the goods, we dined on a Friday lunch and the calamari dish and the open steak sandwich were outstanding, for a busy day the food was fast and hot, the service lacked a little but it was busy, could not see specials on offer and not sure if there was any at all, not mentioned. Lovely atmosphere, great service, wonderful new tasty items to try. disappointing menu selection until the specials were mentioned (almost too late). Nothing very special about any of the 3 mains sampled or the 2 desserts. Cappucino just making the benchmark but far from "let's come again". Wouldn't bother going again.   (jake - November, 2007)
