  Came here with a group of friends for breakfast, it was not busy (plenty of empty tables). We ordered very basic dishes (typical french toast, eggs etc). After an hour we had still not received food and after inquiring with the waiter were told rudely that it was coming. Another 15 minutes passed and we still had nothing so we told them we were leaving, only to be told that they were "too busy" and that they would start making our food now. After we left, we were followed by the waiter to our car and were verbally harassed to pay for the food that we never got. Appalling customer service, if not the worst we've ever encountered. NEVER coming back again. I don't recommend this for anyone.   (AVOID AVOID AVOID! - November, 2012)

  It was pretty good when I came here the first few times; quality food and was overall quite satisfied (2011). However, IT HAS CHANGED! Since my sister enjoys going there largely as there aren't many choices in Wetherill Pk, I have had the honour in seeing and experiencing the dramatic change in their food, quality and service (and I have eaten there about 30 times now).

  Their bowl of chips use to come out in a generous size and tasty, but now comes out half the size (expecting u to buy another bowl?) and tastes like it had been re-cooked and just very NOT FRESH (this has happened on 4 occasions now)

  My friend ordered the chicken and mushroom crepe which I recommended to her as It was nice when I first tried it. And she was so disappointed. The chicken was dry and the chips were soggy and most likely, heated up.

  FOOD IS THEREFORE APPALLING AND NOT FOOD!

  If you know any other good restaurants; avoid this place and let me know!

  Additionally, service is rude, there is ALWAYS an angry old man at front counter, yelling at his staff and throwing things/objects violently. AMBIENCE IS THEREFORE SH*T

  And to add onto that, I called up last week to arrange a booking for my brother's bday and the manager just replied: WE DONT DO BOOKINGS ON THURSDAYS!, OK?! *Quote*

  Horrible customer service. Went on a Tuesday at around 6pm so it was not busy at all. Friends had reserved a few tables for a friends birthday. 6 people showed up at 6pm and 5 others arrived between 6pm and 7. Every time a new person would come, the owner would come to the table and say 'what time does your invitation say? what time is it now' and then proceed to lecture them. I would understand if it was busy but it was barely a quarter full and half of us did order on time.

  A word of advice, if you plan to go there do not be late, or better yet do not make a reservation because apparently pushing 3 tables together is so much of a hassle for them.   (never again - November, 2010)

  Went here a few days after my birthday with a close friend of mine.

  Service wasn't that great. Only got asked for a drink at the beginning and not after the waitress had seen we had finished those.

  Menu failed to mention there would be shallots in the pasta, sadly i had to sit there the whole afternoon picking at the pasta tubes to confirm there was no shallots in them. Other than that the sundried tomato chicken pasta was absolutely delish.

  Waitress never bothered to ask if we wanted anything else throughout the meal, only took our drink and food order and then left until we were ready to pay.

  Service was shocking, the excuse was we are busy tonight...it's a Friday night of course you are!! Not an excuse should be a given. Food was great, we were given a different wine to what we asked for but not consulted with, we were there for 2 hours and never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert! Had to cancel our bread as our meals arrived first. Wouldn't go there again which is a shame as food was great   (Kaz - See my reviews (3) - March, 2009)

  Poor customer service. We received 2 menus between 7 people. The cutlery was served in a heap in the middle of the table. the napkins were cheap and the pasta cost me $17.80.   (July, 2008)
