My daughter and I had booked Lunch at CBD Restaurant & Bar in the Rydges. It was really great, our booking was organised via Menulog and my comment regarding one of us would require a Vegan Meal was noted and the chef had already prepared some suggestions for us. The food was FANTASTIC and the service exceptional. I will certainly visit the restaurant again and recommend it to all my friends.   (November, 2009)

CBD has a buzzy and lively atmousphere with a great alfresco dining area to watch all of the action. We had a table of four for dinner and thorughly enjoyed the food, service and overall experience. The menu is extensive with enough choices for everyone and the wine list is huge with some real gems. The location is great too, right in the heart of the CBD.   (Jeanie - March, 2009)

as there was a function we were seated outside next to smokers - not a good start.

the menu was short and modified due to the function with 3 pasta dishes and pizza available.

did not arrive for over an hour - which was inconvenient for a busines lunch.

What a find! This place is a buzz on a Friday night with plenty of people around for after work drinks. As with most places in Perth (except the pubs) it quietens down around 8-8:30pm. We dined for lunch that day and stayed on into the evening.... Food is fantastic, service is good. The staff are young but pretty quick and all friendly. Definately a gem in the middle of the city.   (March, 2008)
