Great wine list, the food offers a choice of modern and classic dishes and they are well done. A little more expensive than the other French restaurants on the Gold Coast, but still the best - worth paying that little extra.

This was a lovely romantic dinning experience and everything we could of wished for on our honeymoon. The staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. The food divine and the ambience perfect. We will definitely return the next time we are in QLD.   (See my reviews (6) - May, 2008)

We really enjoyed our dining experience at the Champagne Brasserie, the food and service was execellent. The only disapointment was the somewhat cramped seating design; however, the overall experience was well worth the money. I will have snails again!   (Andy - March, 2008)

Without doubt this is probably the best restaurant in this area. I have been dining there for over the past 8yrs several times per year when on holiday. The food is fabulous, excellent selection with a terrific wine list as well. Sevice is prompt and never fails to excell. Loved every minute of our dining experience at Champagne Brasserie. The service was friendly, efficient and the timing of the courses was the best we have experienced for some time. The food was first rate and when next we are on the Gold Coast we will certainly be dining here again. It is important to feel comfortable and relaxed in a restaurant and this was certainly the experience we had at champagne Brasserie.   (January, 2008)
