The food is not yummy at all. The flavour is not tasty when compared to other places. Also the portions are a bit smaller than other places I have eaten. It's also expensive. Your not getting what you paid for...Last time I will be ordering from here. (Sivan - See my reviews (9) - May, 2013)

Disappointed.
Food was late and they left our curry out. Mistakes happen, but being told we can come and pick up the dish they missed out doesn't work - i wouldn't recommend. (James - April, 2013)

Food was excellent - pineapple fried rice, ka-na moo korb & duck with plum sauce. Sauce for duck kept in separate container - big tick. Duck was moist, lean & flavoursome. Vegetables crisp & young, rice fluffy. Delivered within 5-mins of time and it was hot. Pleasantly surprised. (Khiam-Khiam - February, 2013)

If you are looking to enjoy some nice steamed rice with satay sauce, don't get your hopes up, the definition of 3 large spoon full’s of satay sauce is slightly over exaggerated, I would say they more than likely used tea spoons. When i rang up to question the lack of satay sauce they argued for 15 minutes before agreeing to send another pathetic attempt at satay sauce with rice (Elizabeth - February, 2013)

I ordered a chili basil noodles with tofu and got pad see ew with tofu. Also ordered a green papaya salad, but got a green curry with pork. Unfortunately it took almost 1 hour for my meal to arrive & I called 3 times to keep chasing up my order.When the food arrived the container was not full & for the price I paid I would expect a full container rather then a half empty one,this was not good value. I love that Chill Out Thai has come through with a easy and convienent way to deliver food especially in my case where I had no cash on me and didn't feel like driving out to pick it up now its as easy as using my credit card which was great. I have been a happy customer for 2 years since I've first been there to eat-in and I have never been disappointed, keep up the excellent service and thank you.
