Unbelievably slow service. I ordered three dishes, received a confirmation text saying it would take an hr - fair enough as it was Valentines day. An hr past so I called for an update. I called continuously for 30mins with no answer. So I headed up there, and again waited in the queue behind others chasing their delivery. Finally I was served, they called the driver and he was at my house!! So two hrs later I ate cold thai.
If you can't handle too many orders, don't take them. (Peita - February, 2013)

We ordered food with clear instruction on allergies and still received them full of egg, on calling and asking for exchange we had to wait same amount of time. So in total our meal took 2 hours from time we ordered to having it (Steve - November, 2012)

Disgusting, terrible service that is unapologetic, uncaring and just yells over you on the phone.
Ordered at 8:00, got an SMS soon after citing delivery at 8:54. Received the food at 9:30.
I called into the restaurant where I was ignored on the phone for 5 minutes, told that my order was on its way and when I asked if they knew which order I was, they just said a random mobile number.

We are not satisfied customers. We placed an order at 6:45pm and received a confirmation SMS that my order would arrive 45 minutes later. We waited 30 minutes after the food was due to ask for an update only to be told that our order had not been received even though we received a confirmation SMS.
