I was reading "dissapointed's reveiw" and am wondering if it was such a bad experience, why it has taken them so long to put in a review of their experience. I think they may have a personal grudge with the restaurant.

I have been a ciscos regular for about 7 years. I celebrated my birthday there last year, and as always the food was divine. I went back in Feb to discover new owners, new staff and a new chef. My favourite meals just weren't the same or even prepared in a similar way. It took half an hour for drinks to be served, after telling them twice, and nearly 2 hours for our meals to arrive( and they hadn't prepared them as asked, mild, no beans ect, )the staff were friendly enough, but not apologetic at all about any of the delays, and it wasn't even a particularly busy night. I was immensley disappointed, given it was my favourite restaurant.   (Dissapointed - August, 2008)

Value for money is an understatment, the meals here are huge, and they taste great too. The staff were really friendly, and looked after us really well.   (Value Value Value - June, 2008)

The food was magical and makes montezumas look like mcdonalds. The service was excellent. The entertainment was excellent. Value for money have recommended to others and definately plan on going again.   (Karen - April, 2008)

It was pretty good, food was perfect, a guy and a guitar, plenty of drinks, yeah for frozen dacquiris, and huge meals, needs a paint job though. Can't wait to do it all again,   (Frozen Dacquiri's - April, 2008)

I had a great meal there with my family, the owner/manager married couple are very nice and the meals are delicious, will recommend for a lovely night out. well done cisco's.   (lucy - February, 2008)

The manager was doing her own business a detriment all she did was sit outside the front door and chain smoke all night, the food was mediocre and it took nearly an hour to arrive at the table, drinks took nearly 10 minutes to arrive to the table when ordered and when seated half the table was lapped the other half had their napkins and wine glasses removed. The restaurant is dark and cold inside with seriously tacky paint job and muriels.   (stay away get drive-thru instead - February, 2008)
