    Fish and Chips, Beer, Wine and MUSIC are all essential ingredients in pub life. Live music has always been a part of the scene at Clancy’s, particularly in our Fremantle venue. An institution on Sundays at Fremantle is the world renowned Zydecats….a great band playing a rocking brand of zydeco and rhythm and blues, and everything else thrown in. Legends of the Perth music scene, Lucky Oceans, Billy Rogers, Kent Hughes and others provide a vibe as good as anywhere. Many other star performers from Fremantle and Perth strut their stuff most nights of the week.

      This is a rating for the Clancy's at City Beach location.

      We had to ask for a beer after waiting for half an hour. When we finally asked about our meals (an hour later), we were told there had been a "technical difficulty".

      What a disappointment. We will absolutely not go back; there are too many other very good restaurants available.

      Clancy's at City Beach had better get their act together, or it will be another restaurant that does not survive in that location.   (KStinson - May, 2011)

      Wait staff friendly. Service was fast. Food is above average but nothing really outstanding. Pleasant surroundings but gets quite busy later in evening. We keep returning because of the consistency.   (Noelene - See my reviews (12) - January, 2009)
