Food was tasty if a tiny bit on the oily side and the servings were generous. Delivery was before the estimated time and the food arrived hot. A decent Indian takeaway. (Clare - See my reviews (2) - August, 2012)

I live in Preston and found this Indian restaurant online on menulog.com.au. I looked up and ordered veggy dishes like cheese chilli, naan and gulab jamun. Food was delivered within 30 mins, which was great and was quite hot in temperature - freshly made! Loved the naan, yoghurt raita and mint yoghurt chutney that came as well as the gulaab jamun. Cheese chilli however was funnily sweet and sour - maybe they use tamarind to make curry as curry was that brown in colour. The point is it didn't taste that good, and could have been better. As it was the only curry I ordered, I kind of got disappointed after eating a little and did not finish it. Still early days for this restaurant, so I feel they can improve the taste. By far the best Indian takeaway you can get delivered in the region. High quality meat (which makes a massive difference to me) and their mild curries are ACTUALLY mild - unlike other indian takeways where it doesn't really matter which heat you choose, it's always the same. Very fast delivery so be prepared for your meal to arrive a good 10-15 minutes before they say it's going to, which can be a good or a bad thing depending what your plans are. Food was delivered ten minutes before the stated 18:15 time, which was impressive as the restaurant only opened at 17:30! Korma was very tasty, and meat was lean and tender. Rice was excellent, as was the naan and Raita and the free papadums were a nice touch. Great service and food, slightly more expensive than some of the other Indian places around here, but I would happily pay extra for good quality ingredients. Reccomend :) (Emer - July, 2012)
