Simon Arkless - Simon's innovative cooking talents have been enjoyed in Melbourne for the past four years, as Executive Chef of Treasury Restaurant and most recently, as Head Chef and owner of Seddon's Elbow Room. Prior to arriving in Melbourne in 2002. Simon was Head Chef of Harvey Nichol's Oxo Tower London Restaurant for five years. He also worked at Harvey Nichols' 5th Floor Restaurant for four years and Bibendum Restaurant for three.
