Poor food presentation - they obviously don't watch MasterChef.

Food o.k. but nothing special - chicken undercooked.

Our Valentine's Day Dinner experience last night was very disappointing as we werent expecting a set menu & hadnt been told when the booking was made!! We felt that at $75 per head it was overpriced! Bad experience all round with entree being overcooked chicken or smoked salmon with avocado & lettuce (no lime or dressing). Tiny sorbet followed by main choice of grilled fish or "medium or well done only" fillet of beef. We like to eat our beef rare & have never before been to a restaurant & been told the meat will be medium or well done! Bowl of vegetables to share then Chocolate dessert & a glass of sparkling wine. Orders were mixed up. Not good value & obviously the entire meal was cooked well in advance then served out on the night regardless of the patron's wishes. amazing experience would definitely recommend this restaurant to families, couples and the elderly. Great for all ages. The menus were pleasantly surprising and the meal sizes were just right. Thank you to Conti's, for a wonderful nigh - complements to the chef !   (incredible ✿ - February, 2011)

The service was pretty average, order mix ups or in my case no order was taken. The food was good but the account had to be redone due to overcharging. All in all OK.   (July, 2008)

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was wonderful. The food was cooked to perfection: two of us had the Duck, one person had the Madagascar Steak which was done exactly as ordered, one person had the Chicken which was not dry at all and was a taste sensation. The last person had the lamb. All meals were delicious and not too big, as is the case in some restaurants. We even managed to fit some dessert in! We would prefer it if there were more options for non alcholic beverages as we had a pregnant woman with us, but overall a fantastic experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Bear in mind though, that this is not a cheap restaurant but you have to pay for quality and that is what you get at Conti's.   (June, 2008)
