I've had 4 visits to this Restaurant in Adelaide, and every time they have impressed. The waiting staff were very enthusiastic, helpful and ensured everything was taken care of, not once have I had to 'look around' to ask for another drink. The oysters looked and tasted fantastic, and the steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare :)

Even when busy, Cos never failed to provide prompt service and delicious meals, I would recommend this Restaurant to anyone, and I cant wait to return to Adelaide.   (Such a Disappointment.... - September, 2009)

I have dined at Cos Restaurant three times now, and the food just keeps getting better (if that is possible). The service is never short of excellent. The wine list has such a myriad of excellent wines, that choosing one can sometimes be extremely difficult. I truly believe Cos Restaurant in Adelaide is one of the best steak restaurants in Australia. We had our anniversary lunch at Cos and had the Cos steaks. The food was to die for and the service exceptional. Very nice, do have to remember the buisness men lunch rush though.   (November, 2008)

A party of 2 went for a business meal, we both had the Cos steak for our mains, the lobster could have been hotter, but it tasted delicious. The oyster shots entree was first class.

We arrived at the Cos restaurant and was greeted with a friendly smile. The waiting staff were helpful and attentive without being pushy. Now on to the food, what can I say. In a word fantastic! the steaks were cooked to perfection and my partners ceaser salad was a hit with her! The desserts were well presented and just the right size. Excellent. I brought a dozen fellas to your restaurant last night and we all thoroughly enjoyed the great food and attentive, informed service. I did not ask the lovely waitresse's name - blonde dreadlocks - but she was fantastic and spot on with her descriptions and recomendations. We received good service overall but our original waitress was clearly inexperienced, not only in her serving technique but with the way in which she communicated with us and other customers. I would not have been comfortable letting her serve tables on her own with her current lack of knowledge and skill.
