Carl Middleton - Carl joins Lilianfels from his previous post at Quay Restaurant and most recent position as Executive Chef at the Four Seasons in Sydney. In this role, Carl oversaw the overall hotel dining as well as the hotel's signature restaurant, Kable’s. Prior to his Executive Chef position in Sydney, Carl held a variety of culinary roles around the globe including eight years spent cooking at the Langham Hilton and London Hilton on Park Lane, alongside his mentor and key influencer, Anthony Marshall. It was here that Carl honed his culinary skills and truly developed his own cooking style, which he believes, simply celebrates good quality produce.
