    De Los Santos is an established restaurant, having pioneered Brunswick Street Spanish Cuisine for over 11 years, with an emphasis on good food and quality service. Its casual environment means you can relax amongst friends, and enjoy and share its interesting array of tapas, paella and Spanish donuts, all of which De Los Santos is famous for.

    Besides paella - seafood, chicken or vegetarian, our main dishes change daily offering choice and variety every time. Vegetarians have not been forgotten in the current menu with tapas as well as paella catering for all tastes and requirements. De Los Santos avoids the clichés of other Spanish eateries and is well known for pushing the boundaries and setting bench marks for other restaurants to meet.

      Lovely and lively for our Friday night dinner. Just before Xmas so place was full of groups and a little too noisey. Staff were excellent, very attentive to us despite the crowd. Loved the food. Would like to go again sometime soon.   (See my reviews (2) - January, 2008)
