Potato & Garlic Ravioli: in a rich mushroom sauce, with basil and semidried tomatoes topped with shaved parmesan and finished with cream
Lamab Backstrap: served on a bed of lentils, roasted capsicum and marinated fetta, finished with a shiraz jus
Duck Confiat Rested: on soft polenta, wilted english spinach, & star anise jus
Char Grilled Beef Fillet: rested on a white bean puree with roasted mushrooms, asparagus and red wine jus
Pan Fried Chicken Breast: filled with binnorie fetta, rested on a salad of rocket, semidried tomato, kipfler potato and basil with caramelised balsamic
