Food came on time, but it was not the sort of food I was expecting. I ordered home made dim sims they were not they were marathon dim sims, the friend rice was dry and crunchy obviously old rice and the pork was so fatty I couldn't eat it. The delivery driver actually pulled into our units only 5 minutes past the expected delivery time and then quickly exited. Ten minutes later, I rang to see where our meals were and was told they would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Within 5 minutes, that same driver returned sheepishly with our meals, not having had a proper look at numbers the first time. Food arrived in 80 minutes, rather then 60... (Charity - March, 2013)

Our food came reasonably quickly but all the food tasted cold and dry - like the fried rice didn't taste fresh. Unfortunately this has been our experience the past few times.
