Food was very average, chicken dried out, rolls were hard as rocks & taken from table before everyone had taken one. While the staff in the show were talented, they need to have a continual story. We saw Vampirates. The best part of the show was the ending-a tribute to the Beatles. 75 percent of the show was selling merchandise!! I felt like I was at a theme park, not a dinner SHOW.

You also pack too many people in, very uncomfortable dining.

Staff were very entertaining, they make the place.   (Needs improving... - October, 2009)

Have been a couple of times. Shows and waitstaff are always good. Food is very average both times. Often cold and lacking in flavour. Drinks can also be quite expensive, unless you stick to beer or wine. I would go again, just to see the show tho!   (katherine - September, 2009)

Was expecting the show to be much better. Bought a Souvenir Program but had nothing to do with the show we watched which for us was a big dissapointment. Food was cold don't know how anyone can say it was hot unless they were first served. The make up was not very professional like it's show. The restaurant was bare could have done with some cob webs on the sealing or something to make it more interesting to look at than nothing. There were no real props for the show either. Staff were nice I must say that just thought it was overall very flat after hearing all the raves about it May it's different in Melbourne.   (Dracula's GC poor show sorry - November, 2007)

it was a good night out. but the food wasnt all that great, there was also cockroaches on the table while we were eating. we told managment and he said there was nothing he could do. that was the only thing that made the night a bit on the down side. but the service was great and jail bait took good care of us :)   (night out - September, 2007)
