    For dessert, or simply to enjoy with coffee are a range of cakes and pastries such as Sacre Torte, Apple Strudel with Vanilla Bean Sauce and Salzburg Lemon Cheesecake. We consistently upgrade our desert options and cake display. Just try to resist to the scrumptious black forest cake.

      We had our corporate end of financial year work do here today and were very impressed! from the delious food that was delivered quickly and hot, to the awesome brewed german beers and the excellent service and Al their regular guitarist was great for live entertainment! We also had a staff member with special dietary requirements and it was no hassel to make them something extra special! Highly recommend the sausage platter and all the plates were emptied :) Thanks Bernhard, Sue and Staff for a great day we will all be talking about in the future.       We had a joint christening with 60 guests here on a sunday and the food, service and experience were flawless! Nothing was too much trouble, the food came out at an exceptional rate, the service was professional I would highly recommend the brewery for any function you had coming up. The value for money for what you get here is amazing. There was so much food and beer! Our guests went away with full bellies and happy smiles all for under $45 a head including lots of beer and wine! The management of this establishment are far more concerned with their customers getting value for money and having a great time then they are with lining their pockets.     Jack Hinds - Originally from NSW, Jack has been cooking up a storm in WA for the past 5 years and has spent the last 2 years at the Duckstein. Was duelly promoted to Head Chef in July, bringing with him some authentic flavours of Germany. Was trained in auentic German cooking by Ronald Weiselmann.
