    We found the pizzas to be of excellent quality when we picked up from the restaurant but their home delivery service is completely hopeless! We ordered on 2 occasions the first time took over an hour and the second 90 mins! The manager did not apologise and we refused the cold pizzas. NOT GOING BACK!   (NAOIM - September, 2010)

    My second time ordering here and it is terrible.

    - stingy on the ingredients

    - whole olives still with pips

    - no cheese on top of the ingredients

    We have dined at E Lounge in the past and their food is great. Unfortunately the pizza we ordered took forever to arrive (over an hour after placing the order) and it was cold when it arrived. We were very disappointed.   (Olivia - August, 2009)

    Pizzas were tasty and artisan, although this comes at a price.

    The pizza would had been far more enjoyable if the pizza was hot . This is a shame as I have previously ordered pizza's from here before and they have been good. However they always seems to take a long time to be delivered (1hr 3omins) which seems to be far too long which is a disappointment.

    It is a shame as the pizza's are probably the best of the bunch when it comes to take away's!!!   (July, 2009)

    A pizza made in Melbourne but clearly encompassing all the beautiful tastes of Italy. The order was received in the typically Italian style of confusion, but, this confusion only created heaven in a thin crust pan that can only be inspired by Rome itself.   (Emma - See my reviews (12) - March, 2009)

    The portions are way too small for the price I paid. A "regular" pizza at $15.90 was the size of an entree in most pizza restaurants. It has a very thin base, which I understand is how pizza is made in some parts of Italy, so its not as if they couldn't afford to put an extra bit of dough and spread it out further to a bigger pan! Or lower your prices.

    I also requested garlic on my pizza and it was not done, nor did they bother to give the driver my correct address and when they got here they expected I paid when I already had. I've heard raves about how great the pizza was and whilst its nice its not worth that much to spend $16 on a tiny size. The canneloni was decent though, but again $17.90! For that I'd expect it to be homemade, which I very much doubt it was, but I can't tell.   (Natalie - See my reviews (8) - January, 2009)

    The pizza arrived on time but was stone cold, and very bare with hardly and toppings on it. It was so cold that we had to put it in the oven for 15 mins before we could eat it.   (Scott - October, 2008)

    The food was fantastic and fresh. A little more explanation about the mozzerella selection option (after you click on the add button to order your pizza) would be good. Even just a short description of the difference between the cheeses, because there is a significant difference in price between the two.     don't get fooled by the fact it is an italian restaurent positioned in the heartland of vietnamese food. the pizzas are top class, only 1-2 other places in Melbourne can do them this well.   (January, 2008)

      I had dinner here with some friends last night. The stafff was lovely, the food was delicious and the place had an enjoyable relaxed atmosphere.

      The menu is primarily pizza, but there were some interesting choices as well some great calzone and pasta. Wine was moderately priced (I think it started in the low $20's - the bottle we had was ~$30).   (justinb100 - See my reviews (2) - June, 2007)
