  We had a wonderful dining experience at Echoes. The food was unbelievable, superbly delicious and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

  The service was flawless. The waiters were attentive and never once did i have to ask for a water refill (which makes me very happy :)

  We had a lovely birthday lunch despite the uncharacteristic heat and humidity. The staff were attentive, the food was just great, the view is wonderful as always, and we will be back for sure! Why eat elsewhere in Katoomba for not much less, when you can have the best here. We are locals and will recommend Echoes to all our visitors and guests.   The service was second to none and our waiter was very attentive. The food was exquisite and presented very well. Portion size was just enough to leave you feeling full but not overly so. We left tips for both our waiter and the chef. Would definitely visit again.   (January, 2009)

  Only a little experience with lunch for 6 pax. Some dishes where overpriced, ie. a plate of nudels with two slices of smoked salmon for $ 35.00. But overall impression very favourable, especially with our oversea's guests. Will come a gain and stay in the hotel for a few nights   (February, 2008)

  We were entertaining visitors from the States and wanted a restaurant that had a great view. Even though it was a foggy day, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at Echoes. It was recommended to us and we will certainly recommend it to our friends in the future. We loved the entry and the ladies' toilet. In fact the whole decor was lovely as was the garden.   (February, 2008)
