    Placed my order at 8.10pm and requested for food to be delivered at 9.15pm. Did not get a confirmation until I rang at 8.40pm. Guy on the phone said its all good and food will arrive as requested at 9.15pm. Rang the restaurant again at 9.40pm when nothing arrived. Told by a lady that the food is leaving the restaurant as we speak. Rang again at 10pm because we were still waiting. Guy said the food was being delivered and should arrive shortly. Rang again at 10.15pm only to be told that they were cooking the paella as they ran out of rice earlier. Cancelled order and requested refund. Currently waiting for refund.     Really really tasty. Got the pork ribs and pepperoni pizza. Ribs were divine, pizza was tasty. Will come back again.

    I have had takeaway from El Toro a number of times & it is always good food. The beef fajitas are tasty with a good kick of chilli but could use an extra wrap and some sour cream or avo. The strawberry & choc pizza is delicious!   (emily - See my reviews (3) - November, 2012)

    Awesome place, good customers service, enjoyable atmosphere and the most important food was delicious. My girlfriend and I had great time, Portuguese Chicken pizza plus Sangria (the Best) and I give the pizza chef AA++. Strawberry/Banana pizza for desert Ahhhhh (unreal).     Very very very bad service. food is boring and tasteless. I ordered from the tapas menu- big mistake. They brought the wrong order twice! They also ran out of certain dishes but didnt bother to let me know or offer a refund. They just replaced it with something else unrecognisable.   (Amie - See my reviews (2) - July, 2012)

    Took over an hour (did get combo paella that specified it takes 30 minutes to make so I cant be too bummed on how long it took ) The food was very hot. They should have a picture of the dish on their site as I didn't know what a paella is and expected just some seafood etc, when I got my seafood with a bunch of rice I thought it was the wrong order at first. It was very tasty regardless. Chorizo and oysters esp.. It is my first time ever trying an oyster and these didn't disappoint ! They didn't have soup that I ordered so they called me and said they could give me a refund upon arrival. It was technically $8 for soup but I used the first order discount and I guess thats why they only returned the $6. I would recommend this place & I think next time if I return I will go into the restaurant so I dont wait as long. Over all 7/10 from me   (carly - See my reviews (4) - May, 2012)
