Enchilada : the meal Enchilada gets its name from the rich tomato and chilli sauce that is smothered over the tortilla.Traditionally this sauce can kick like a mule,however we have deliberately tamed down the chilli influence so everyone can enjoy this uniquely Mexican dish.Traditionally Enchiladas are made with Corn tortillas,however if you wish to try them with our 6 inch flour tortillas, just add 30 cents to the menu price. 17.10

Chicken:: tender chicken in a white reamy sauce seasoned with shallots and spices.
Beans (Frijole):: Mexico’s greatest culinary gift to the world. Garlic and onion add beautiful flavour to the cheese,which is laced through the piping hot beans,so they absorb the flavours as they simmer. gluten free
Vegetarian:: a delicious variety of lightly steamed vegetables marinated in mild chilli and roasted capsicum. gluten free
Seafood:: a wonderful variety of seafood simmered in white wine,herbs and spices,then added to a Mornay sauce.
Shredded Steak:: (Ropa Vieja) a thick meaty stew of shredded steak, cooked in a pressure cooker until it melts in your mouth. gluten free

Baked Perch: Perch basted in garlic butter and herbs and baked, served with Fries and salad. 25.70

I loved this place, the decor and ambience were fantastic, the service was good and the food excellent. The only complaint was that the portion sizes could have been a bit more generous. We had a great time and loved the atmosphere. The food was lovely and they were very friendly and helpful. They also had things for the kids to do which kept both big and small kids alike entertained the whole time.   (Max - March, 2007)
