1) Peking Duck (2 Courses): (half duck with 6 pancakes/ whole duck with 12 pancakes). (The Skin is expertly carved from the bird and placed on your pancakes with the hoi sin sauce and shredded shallots. The duck is then deboned and cooked to perfection chow mein style / or your choice.) 38.00/63.00
