Customer service was slow and lack interest, hospitalibility and warmth in their clientele especially on a christmas day.   (December, 2007)

I would hate to see this restaurant get more popular, because I might have trouble finding a table when I want one! But it deserves to do well. Very consistent - good food, well done, and very pleasant staff.   (October, 2007)

Overall 5.5 - Food 5, Ambience 6, Value 4, Service 7

We came for the Christmas Day dinner. I thought although the food was ok it wasn't particularly anything special. I wish it had been more Christmassy with Christmas carols playing and more Christmas food such as roast pork with apple sauce, Christmas cake and Pavlova. I feel the food was generally only what you have everyday instead of on a special day like Christmas. This was the first Christmas that we have gone out to dinner for Christmas and I wouldn't do it again.   (jacqui - December, 2006)

Overall 7.8 - Food 10, Ambience 5, Value 6, Service 10

While Epic has a rather bland atmosphere, the food was beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were attentive and friendly.   (Edith - See my reviews (4) - December, 2006)

We turned up at the restaurant last night for the meat/seafood platter including bottle of wine for $35 special to find that they aren't offering it anymore - they ceased the special 3 weeks ago! Furious that I traveled all the way to Bondi (I live in Chatswood) and they had 'forgotten' to update their menulog listing.   (KC - December, 2006)
