      When I walked in I did not think this place would serve traditional and fresh chinese food. I was surprised. The food was delicious and extremely affordable. I first noticed this place from a review in the Daily Telegraph, they mentioned the Shang Dong Chicken and the San Choy Bow. Both the dishes are to die for. I take my family and kids there at least twice a week.   (October, 2012)

      I normally prefer Thai or Vietnamese but after just moving in down the road we had to try it. I was so suprised at the lack of thick gluggy sauces. The San Choy Bow was absolutely chock full of tasty. All the vegetables were fabulous and crunchy and plenty of them, not full of onion like some places. The Mongolian lamb was a winner and combination with veggies full of all types of lean, tender meats including about 6 king prawns. I can't fault this place (we've been back every Friday for 3 weeks) and talk about good value. I hope it does't get too popular. What a winner!!!   (October, 2012)

      Service was great! Chakky, the host was a lovely who served all the dishes even though we had buzzers. The food was great for its price.

      Not a good experience at all . Food are average . Food court in chinatown even better and cheaper . Service was very slow even they are not busy . Seats are in a crampy corridor next to restroom .   (vivien - August, 2010)

    Eric Wong - Eric Wong, the former head chef of one of Chinatown's most prominent restaurants - BBQ King. Eric Wong has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience with over 25 years in the cooking industry. He has cooked at various Chinese cuisine restaurants both in Sydney and Hong Kong and as a result of his talent and skill, he has been a head chef for 21 years. Being a third-generation chef, Eric's food has been influenced by secrets that were passed down from father-to-son, which gives his cuisine a traditional taste with a twist of comtemporary flair inspired by his own personal style. Eric was also featured in 'Good Living', in the Sydney Morning Herald in 2001 and has also worked with well renowned chef Kylie Kwong. Stepping out on his own, Eric has founded 'Eric's BBQ', which was established in 2009. it is his philosophy to always deliver the very best that Chinese cuisine has to offer with a taste that is unrivalled and truly unique.
