Newly moved into the area. Have been regular visitors to the area in the past. We dine out frequently and were looking for a close local place. Did one take away. Food was fine. Dined in two days later. Never again. Booked a table near the fire. Didn't get it. The four of us were placed near a cold window while the table we booked had two people seated even though it was for six. Had to be asked to moved. Food arrived late. One main was entree sized so had to order a second of the same. One main of pork belly was under cooked and stringy. Was replaced by the same entree sized meal we had to order two of for the other diner. When the bill came we were charged for three of these small entree meals although the price was more than a similar sized prawn entree. Difficult to get the waitresses attention although she was trying her best. Meals were late. Diners complaining. Some ambience...cold, complaining patrons. Two Hundred dollars for poor tasting, late and wrong food. On paying the bill the head of house couldn't even be bothered to to face us when we complained or care less if we returned. Which we shall not nor bring our guests which we intended to do in a few days time.   (MSK - July, 2011)

Dined here twice now. Once when it first opened and again last week. Both occasions, food was very poor. The squid was inedible - like rubber. My prawn pasta dish (5 prawns in a can of diced tomatoes with some rough chunks of garlic) was amateurish. The vegetables which accompanied my husband's main course were in a laughably small bowl and were soggy. Never again. One shared starter and two mains $82   (itsjackiet - July, 2010)

Quite the contary to the above review, my experience of this restaurant was a pleasure. From the moment we were seated at the cosy table by the fire, we experienced nothing but the best service, mouth watering food and a bill that was friendly to the hip pocket.

What great value for money and as we are not local Esco Pazzo is definitely worth the drive!

This is one of the worst places I've ever dinned at.

The owner of this business should feel ashamed for opening the door of this place and holing themselves out as a restaurant.

Waited TWO hours for the main course to arrive and what did arrive was not worthy being called food. The wait staff are slow, rude and non-responsive.

The restaurant does have a semi-nice ambiance, but by no means does it make up for its other inadequacies.

If this was the only place open in Mittagong and no food was available for days - i STILL would not eat here again.   (sara82 - January, 2009)
