Speed ratings are based on user reviews given by customers who have ordered from Menulog before. Ratings are calculated on a scale of 1-10.

How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  3. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,

    The food was delicious! Ordered 2 gypsy schnitzels -- one for me, one for my husband. Both portions were large, and came with roesti and sauerkraut with the sauce on the side. My husband finished his portion in what seemed to be under 15 minutes! This is my second experience with Essen, and I can say from both times, they did a fantastic job. Keep up the good work, guys!

    The food got here really quickly which was great. However when we cut into our food we realised that they'd delivered veal schnitzel instead of the chicken we ordered. We also had to reheat the food, even though it arrived early it wasn't that hot. Usually I haven't had a problem with Essen but this time was a bit of a let down.

    We have eaten at restaurant a few times and loved it, by delivery the meals were perhaps not quite as nice because I think they are probably nicest eaten straight out of the kitchen, but still delicious, huge portions and arrived when expected

    Delivery was well beyond the estimated time. Portions were huge and the meal was nice, I'm sure it would have been more enjoyable if it were hotter. I think this is the type of food better experienced in the actual restaurant.

    Really bad service meal arrived almost 1 1/2 hours after ordering ...stone cold, delivery driver gave an attitiude when I wouldn't accept delivery. Very bad form , too late on a Friday night to order in another meal

    Really great food. We ordered 2 schnitzels and they were huge. Both came with sauerkraut and potato rosti. They were delicious and hot. Massive servings and really great value for money. We also got the 25% off because it was our first time. The order arrived really quickly and the delivery person was quite polite. I'm definitely ordering from here again. I wish they would extend their menu a bit, maybe add a few more sides.

    GREAT food. Service took about 40 mins longer than advised and had about 3 calls from the delivery guy who was very lost. But was happy to wait for this! Surprisingly large portions, the menu doesn't look like a lot but the meals are splendid!
