The Facets kitchen team; Aaron, Toby and Kelly, are proud to present a seasonal menu highlighting local produce and locally caught seafood. Coupled with a showcase of premium Tasmanian wines, you're sure to enjoy an unforgettable dinning experience.

All of this served with a smile, and a view to die for; north over Maclean Bay, east over Diamond Island, and south back to Bicheno.

From the description on the menu, I pictured a very different dessert and was a bit dissappointed with what actually was presented to me. Even the extra ice-cream was very small. The atmosphere and table setting was excellent, as was the view. However, I think the prices should have been switched around. For example, the desert was twice the price of the entree and a quarter its size. From the description on the menu, I pictured a very different dessert and was a bit dissappointed with what actually was presented to me. Even the extra ice-cream was very small. Oh well, less calories I guess! The staff were very friendly. I was very grateful to find the booking as most places were heavily booked. Thank you.   (December, 2007)
