    You're blessed with a myriad of choices when you dine at Fix St James though, in actual fact, you don't even have to dine at all if you don't feel like it. You can simply settle in with a drink and something to graze on from the bar menu but with over 200 bottles on the wine list, you get a lot of choice in that department too. Which is sort of what Fix St James is all about. A sleek fusion of cafe, wine bar and laidback fine diner, Fix St James could say that flexibility is its middle name.

    By day, it swarms with business types who appreciate a good lunchtime wine and dine when wheeling and dealing, but at night the space transforms into a sexy and softly lit wine bar and restaurant. The man responsible for Fix St James is Stuart Knox, former sommelier at Forty One and London's Bibendum. Knox's wine list is quite awe-inspiring, with a diverse range of Australian and European drops which include some prized bottles from his personal cellar.

      very friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Amazing, huge wine list. The food was on the expensive side and while Fix St James has a small Dinner menu it all tasted great.
