    Indian Cuisine is famous world over for its variety of flavours, colours and uniqueness. It is a delight for the connoisseur and new converts. Flavours of India draws it's inspiration from flourishing traditions of mughlai cuisine in northern India with spectacular meat preparation, curries, roganjosh, kormas and exotic biryanis. Kebabs are made from marinated and minced meats, and clay pot cooking (tandoor) is used.In India availability of the staple diet has created enormous diversities in cooking mediums and flavourings. At Flavours of India, our menu has been designed so that no two dishes clash in taste or flavour.       The food was excellent, very authentic, fast and well presented. Price wise, it depends. some of the food is cheaper than other restaurants while tasting absolutely fantastic, while some are more expensive for the average taste. Atmosphere was ok, would have been nicer if there was more space between tables but to each their own.

      Unfortunately, service wise, I didn't experience much. The waiters seem intent on taking orders too quickly, glasses were not clean, and when asked for a new one, I was told it's "just scratchings from the dishwasher". it's been watermarked, and scratches are dents into the glass, not raised.   (Alrinian - June, 2009)
