We ordered Flip burgers for delivery- and what a disappointment. Not only did our order arrive 2 and half hours after we ordered. We called up to complain and the person said they would throw free things in for us, but there were no 'freebies' in our paper bag. When the food arrived finally it was cold, soggy and the buns were so tough, it was a challenge to get through them. We appreciated the free delivery, however when the lady arrived she didn't even know how much our order was! I'm sure dining in might be a much better experience, however I can't recommend buying these burgers, just from my awful delivery experience.   (Mary - See my reviews (8) - July, 2011)

I have always liked my burger from here, nice fresh ingredients. The boyfriend thinks their burgers are a bit too moist/saucy. Sometimes hard to eat as have so many ingredients on them, and we only got a knife to eat with! The chips are yummy but leave seeds in your teeth so be careful. The atmosphere is ok but sometimes the door from the pub opens and the stale beer smell wafts in or you hear the bogans yelling... A good place for a quick, reasonably healthy take-away lunch! Good value and can use shop-a-docket vouchers at lunch time.   (picky eater! - See my reviews (9) - April, 2009)

Delicious gourmet burgers!

Often a long wait (up to 40 mins) on a busy night - but that's because the burgers are so good. Value for money.   (boots - See my reviews (5) - January, 2009)
