Stepping up into the Fog Dining Room with its black lacquered columns, red flocked twig chandeliers, backlit black bar, mirrors and celebrity blue carpet provides a memorable sense of arrival. Effortlessly elegant and understatedly chic, the Dining Room is made for socializing.

The FOG menu is modern contemporary in its styling based on classic technique that focuses on using quality products without compromising flavours and quality.

Overall 9.3 - Food 10, Ambience 9, Value 8, Service 10

I took my girlfriend to Fog for our anniversary. The décor was stylish and intimate. The service was very polite, accommodating and very attentive while still keeping a good distance. The food was quickly delivered and of excellent quality, tasty and well presented. We had one beer, one coke, tea, coffee, 2 entrees and 2 mains for $130. It is definitely expensive but was well suited for a romantic evening.

A side note, I was told by staff that the dress code is usually a bit stricter on the weekends than during the week.   (See my reviews (3) - October, 2008)

Exceptionally good food, great atmosphere & prompt efficient services. Always like going there, very ecclectic.   (See my reviews (2) - November, 2007)

“Fog restaurant and bar is a sleek, sociable place…Split over two levels, Fog café, situated at street level, is ideal for a casual lunch – their sashimi of ahi tuna is a particular favourite among customers...Fog also offers a tasty brunch menu with buttermilk pancakes and vanilla French toast with maple syrup on the menu.”
