Fong's Chinese Restaurant

I think Kate has her wires crossed or owns a restaurant up the road and is trying to demolish the competition. She gives the game away with the $20 soup. An excellent dish of fillet steak doesn't cost that at Fong's and the restaurant has always held the Council's highest health & hygeine rating. We eat there regularly because they have the best Chinese Chef in Melbourne and the wonderfully friendly and helpful maître d' is way too smart to ask 'stupid questions'.   (Rhonda - August, 2008)

A friendly, family restaurant with reasonable prices. Good for young families and not-so-young ones too. They're pretty good at catering for special dietary requirements.

Kate - did you go to the right restaurant? My family goes there every now and again, and their soup's are around $6 at most! When my parents and I eat in, i don't think i've paid more than $20 for any 1 main meal, so i don't know what sort of soup you ordered!   (drider - August, 2008)

A friendly, casual family restaurant for young families and older groups. The food is reasonably priced and they're pretty good at catering for special dietary requirements.

Kate - i think you went to the wrong restaurant, cos the soups are about $6 at most! i don't think i've ever spent more than $18 on any 1 main meal, and my family goes there every now and again.   (August, 2008)
